The role
The role as Investment Professional includes responsibility to gather, analyze, and present property and market-related information aligned with the overall Nordiqus strategy.

The position has a business-oriented role that involves daily interactions with different areas in the organization. The position reports to the CFO. Since the company is newly formed, and the organization is in the process of being established, there is some flexibility to tailor the role based on the interests and expertise of the applicant.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Participating in analysis and internal advice regarding potential acquisitions and sales of properties.
  • Monitoring the market – property transactions, trends, market players, unlisted and listed property companies, macroeconomic developments, etc.
  • Analyzing already existing and new geographical markets
  • Producing written presentation and PowerPoint presentation for the management team and Board of directors of Nordiqus.
  • Modeling cash flow analyses in MS Excel as well as developing financial models for property and portfolio valuation.
  • Participating in client meetings
  • Actively contribute to the preparation of reports for management, the board, and the market.
  • Responsible for staying informed about ongoing business activities, as well as the current property management and project portfolio, to understand and contribute to the development and profitability of the business.
  • Assist with tasks related to property valuation.

Qualifications and suitable background

  • Minimum of 5 years of qualified experience in, transactions, business development, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development roles with a solid financial and commercial acumen.
  • Experience from the real estate industry is beneficial.
  • Has a relevant degree from a college or university (bachelor’s or master’s degree) with a focus on property economics, finance, or similar.
