Senior Leasing Manager, Development projects to Citycon
Citycon is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager, Development Projects to join their Leasing Team in Sweden. As a Leasing Manager, Development Projects you will be responsible for the leasing of different premises in their urban development projects including their mixed-use shopping centres.
This position is located at the office in Kista Galleria and you will report to Head of Leasing Sweden.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Your responsibilities will include implement a leasing plan, finding potential national and international tenants and prepare and negotiate lease agreements. As part of the leasing team you will also work closely with the shopping centre management and development teams.
You will be responsible for achieving the right tenant mix by implementing a strategic business plan and identifying and mapping potential tenants including local and national brands. You will also support the operational managers in business planning and budgeting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SUITABLE BACKGROUND
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in a suitable commercial field
- 5 years of experience in leasing, Tenant Representation or a similar role
- Entreprenurial orientation and willingness to go the extra mile
- Experience in working with food & beverage and leisure will be highly merited
- A proactive working style
- Sales attitude and passion for achieving targets
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Out of the box thinking, eagerness to find solution and can-do attitude
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
