Role overview:
We are currently in an exciting growth phase and seek to strengthen our Nordic Research team with an Associate. Colliers Research has been ranked number one in real estate analysis in the Nordics for several consecutive years. We work methodically with both quantitative and qualitative analyses of both the direct and indirect real estate markets. We are looking for a sharp strategic research Associate who can leverage their creative and analytical skills to provide innovative research and market analysis in a growing industry. You should have a passion for data and the ability to leverage it to deliver commercial insights, elevate the Colliers brand, and help us gain a competitive advantage.

This position is based in Stockholm and will work closely with our colleagues in Norway, Finland, and Denmark. The role reports to the Nordic Head of Research.

In this role you will….

  • You will monitor market activity through creation and maintenance of various databases
  • You will track competitive deal transactions and perform in-depth analysis
  • You will prepare monthly market reports including collection and preparation of statistical data
  • You will prepare highly customized ad hoc deliverables including reports, trend analyses and projection reports
  • You will collect data and maintain property database(s) accordingly. Database components include properties, owners, tenants/prospects, and sales/lease comps.
  • Support EMEA research with data
  • Support capital markets with market analysis/data in projects
  • You will meet with clients together with other business units and present relevant analyses

What you bring:

  • Min bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in real estate and / or investment banking, preferably transaction-oriented business is desirable.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High work capacity and great commitment
  • Structured and ambitious with strong analytical skills
  • Works well both independently and in a team
  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
